Since april 2019, we have put our suitcases at Vaison-la-Romaine.Both being passionate cooks, our culinary journey througout different countries, palaces and star-rated restaurants, brought us finally to this beautifull Provence.We do our best to prepare straight and fresh dishes with fresh local products without many intermediates, mainly from biological or sustainable agricultury.Le Moulin à Huile means for us the start of a new culinary and passionate adventure, that we gladly like to share with you.
